Many people have been wondering who Swedish House Mafia is and why they are basically headlining the biggest stage at Electric Daisy Carnival on Friday, Kinetic Field.  Like many other bands right now, they are a collaboration of other DJs.  This group consists of not only three DJs but also three producers.  Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso are the masterminds behind this project that has everybody going crazy.  All three of these artists are from Sweden and grew up together having the same love for house music.  That love caused them to make this group and it is very successful today.

Axwell is a well-known DJ and was ranked number 14th on the top 100 DJs in the world in 2009.  His most popular song came in 2004 called Feel the Vibe and in 2006 Open Your Heart with Dirty South.

Steve Angello is the most successful one and the best DJ of the group because of his single.  Steve Angello and Laidback Luke made the hit single that many DJ’s will use at least once in their set called Show Me Love.  Laidback and Angello have worked together a lot in the past and have created hit singles.

The third DJ is Steve Ingrosso.  He has also worked with some of the best DJs in the business today like Laidback Luke, Dirty South, and many more.  In 2009 he was also ranked 25th in the top 100 DJs list.

This group has impressed a lot of people and has played at some of the biggest gigs around, like ULTRA in 2009 and 2010 and soon to have EDC.  They have recently released one of the hottest tracks around everywhere.  It is called One and has blown everybody away.  They also made a new megamix where we can see all of their styles of music coming together as one.

They have really impressed me and have heard that they are going to have an amazing set during Electric Daisy Carnival.  We will be filming live footage of them at the festival for all of you to see!
