Coachella 2011 is only 11 days away, and counting, and one of the hottest and newest dubstep artists will be performing Friday night.  Skillex is a 23-year-old DJ from Los Angeles and has been involved in the electro house industry for 10 years. This popular DJ had his first tour 4 years ago and is now playing at one of the most popular shows in the nation, Coachella.  Skrillex is known for his crazy weird sounds that he displays through his music.  Skrillex just recently got signed with top producer and DJ Deadmau5 on his label, mau5trap.

Skrillex has worked on many remixes and has his own album available on iTunes.   He has over 25 remixes of very popular songs but his most well known are Cinema by Benny Benassi, Weekends by Sirah, Rock That Body by the Black Eyed Peas, and Bad Romance by Lady GaGa.

Skillex will be playing Friday, most likely in the Sahara tent, and will be featuring his hit single, Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites and Rock N’ Roll. If you were not able to get a ticket to this sold out three day event, EBB will have live coverage of Skrillex and many other DJs throughout the music packed weekend.
