For G, as he is fondly known, music is an obsession. DJ G aka 5two3 is an electronic music DJ based in Penang, Malaysia. G has a passion for the dance floor and the music that surrounds it that goes beyond infectious. He has been interested in electronic music which fascinated him with its diversity and emotions ever since his first encounter with EDM at age 15.

In 2003 at the age of 19, he debuted at Bar SaVanh (KL) playing deep soulful house. He has since rocked clubs from Penang to Singapore with his fine selection of House Music. One of the notable venue he ever performed in was one of the world’s most fashionable chain bar, Fashion Bar in Singapore.

Gone were the days of just playing house in his DJ set. 2010 saw him pushing his music to a whole new level with high-octane energetic set combining a variety of influences and styles such as elements of trance, electro, techno and house all fused together. As a result, playing alongside with Ronski Speed in an event which is claimed to be the best trance night in Penang and appearing on the UK’s 1Mix Radio for 2011 New Year Countdown Trance Music Festival
